Raph & Co was founded in 2020 as Madagascar's first recruitment firm specialised in engineering. It has grown into a group of five companies covering an engineer's entire career path, from recruitment to moving into management.

Madagascar's first recruitment firm specialised in engineering.

First major contract
Contribution to the Ambatolampy solar plant, phase 2 (20 MW).

Raph Management is born
The first subsidiary, dedicated to coaching engineers in management and leadership.

Going international
International-level training in partnership with FIDIC, and international recruitment for the SOCFIN group.
